wow, im sort of surprised you came to me for advice, you are lucky i try to check this once a day cuz lately ive been busy.
now for your dilemma here’s the best way to do it. if you are willing to be brave for the sake of liking someone, ask him out, not only will you know if he likes you, but you also get a step further then that.
if you aren’t willing to do that, tell him you like him. he might or might not tell you the same thing. some guys don’t answer when you tell someone about their feelings.
