  Shouts and shouttrails are not private on help.com, never have been and people should be aware of that.
  
  ANYONE who abuses another on the internet, no matter what their “justification” or reasons, no matter what the story behind it all… is a cyberbully.
  
  I strongly advise anyone tempted to write insulting words to or about anyone else online to consider the potential consequences for themselves. No matter where you live, there will be local laws governing your use of electronic communications. In some countries around the world, those laws are particularly stringent.
  
  Help.com is a help site and there is no place here for name-calling, belittling, harassment, trolling or lies.
  
  
  If you feel hurt, agrieved or abused, there is a right and a wrong way to handle it. That applies to EVERYONE.
  
  
  The moderators are right to ban ANYONE who steps over the lines of decency here. ALL users should take that as a warning and be cautious about how they behave in future.
  
  
  What occurred is not ours to discuss beyond accepting that it is wrong to be abusive to anyone here, or indeed elsewhere on other sites. FULL STOP.
  
  
  I am expecting to see that the next person who does so gets their warning and if they continue, they get banned.

• (5 votes) Okay so here’s the story.
  

  First thing, you need to do your very best to focus only on your baby right now. I know that’s hard, but baby needs to be protected from stress as much as possible and so do you.
  
  Talk to your midwife/birth carer and explain that you don’t feel you can rely on your husband to support you properly right now. Call your family and see if one of them can’t fly over to be with you for a while. Tell your friends what is going on too… reach out for help wherever that may be. If they are on FB, they likely know already and might be only too pleased to step in to support you and baby.
  
  Find a marriage guidance counsellor and give them a call. If hubby won’t go with you, there is no reason why you cannot go yourself and get some good advice.
  
  Whatever happens, you will soon have a beautiful baby to build a fabulous relationship with. You are going to be such a wonderful mother :o)

  Well done on another milestone passed!
  
  Some rest as michele says. Then focus on eating well, maximising fresh air and DON’T overdo the training. Last thing you want is a pulled muscle or fatigue to pull you down.
  
  They’re not looking for “superfit” at this point. They are looking for “healthy and able”.

  Such wonderful, wonderful news.
  
  
  Apparently there was one other case of a “cure” but that involved complex intervention with complete blood transfusions and all sorts… this is the first time medication alone has effected a cure. Truly great news.
  
  It never ceases to amaze me how much our scientists and doctors put into their work. I find it all mind-boggling. It’s as much as I can do to understand what goes on scientifically to make a cake rise.. but this? Wow. I am in awe of the brainpower behind it all.
  
  My hat also goes off to those who slave tirelessly at the repetitive and the mundane, the monotonous and the boring (for much of the research that is done IS precisely that - day-in-day out number crunching and data collection, washing petri dishes, fixing up test tubes…. ) All praise to the clever ones who worked it out but all praise to the hands-on lab technicians who sometimes miss out on the thanks too.

  Unfortunately, it’s not wise to link to your facebook profile here. You really DON’T want the world accessing your personal information and contacts!
  
  
  There are other alternatives where you can post the pictures but not have your personal information and details compromised.
  
  Consider using something like flickr or tinypic instead. Just be sure that your “account” reveals nothing that identifies you personally.

  Spend this evening practising your answers to “probable questions”. Use a mirror and remember you don’t want to sound like a robot regurgitating a script..
  
  Write down the questions you intend to ask them. It’s ok to have a little prompt card with you for that - shows that you’re “prepared” and not the sort of person who tries to “wing” important matters off the top of their head!
  
  Practice your body language. This is an amusing little video, but it does make good points!
