Yes, exactly. It was just a chain of problems that smoking caused. First the lung cancer, then my grandfather became addicted to the pain medication given to him. (My family genetics make me extremely vulnerable to addiction. He went in withdrawl from smoking AND the pain medication when a difrent kind was given. He was so messed up he couldn’t even remeber me or grandma. None of that woould hace happened if he didn’t smoke

sorry for being so critical of smoking. Recently my grandfather died of lung cancer caused by smoking, and I’m tkaing it out on smokers as a way to control grief. I’m ok with smokers as long as they dont let the consequnces become extremely critical.

That’s okay. Get some rest and have a good conference tomorrow. Your post about the godson being taken by social services has me stumped. I know government is intrusive, but I never heard of them taking away babies without some kind of history of abuse or neglect.
