Without communication, the problem will just get worse and eventually there won’t be anything to sort out anymore because its become a part of your everyday routine.. Chances are.. right now they have no idea how you are feeling and you need to let them know for all this madness to stop. It may seem scary at first but i think you should take this leap of faith..
