  it seems the majority of humanity need answers to everything, even if it may not be true, or even if they do not understand it, they still put their entire faith in it. they ask “give me my purpose, because i need one, how could i exist without such a thing?” they get their vague answers in various forms, especially from vague religions. thats nothing other than scary and dangerous, and why humanity sucks.
  if we lived for humanity and each other, day to day, we wouldnt have any problems.
  beleifs are so selfish, because they are own in our context.

  is it ever going to possible than humanity will free ourselves from such self-centered attitudes? are we capable to “get over ourselves” as a species?

  Ok, I’ll need to be more precise here.. I am not in position to say that I am in posession of the one and only truth. NO ONE is! But I think there IS one solution, and that humans can not adjust what already is! Those who have made their own truths saying that “I have the solution, follow me” has only been digging their own grave, and made things hard for other people!
  
  So use your own mind, but use it to search for the ONE truth, and not to choose the easy way and modify something that is already set as an standard! That’s what I’m searching for!

  Yeah, ok. That exact sentence was last-minute edited. The original text was “planned their lives and packed and shipped them”, but it’s still to absurd! :P

  It’s not always supposed to do.. ;) It doesn’t always have end-rhymes as we know it. Take a closer look at the first verse, and you’ll know what I mean..

  It’s smart to study the Bible because of the same reasons it’s smart to study the user manual of a complex LEGO-building! It’s so many things to learn, so many things to understand, that one single human will never understand it all!
  
  But there is another dimension I’ve ben letting out here, fearing it’s to deep to include in this discussion; the hunger after knowing God more when you first “got the taste” of Him. I wish I studied the Bible more often, not because I feel obliged to because of my fellow believers, my church or my pastor, but because I want to understand more! I want to get closer to God, friendshiplike. And to become closer friends with someone, you simply have to spend more time with that person. With God you could do that either through prayer, or through studying the Bible.
  
  It does in fact not prove anything, other than that it is scientifically approved as a historical book. But it makes so freakin’ sense when you first get “on the inside”, and start understanding how amazing God really is! The love he shows upon us is beyond compare! I wish I could just write one sentence to make everyone see what I’ve seen, understand what I’ve understood, and experience what I’ve experienced with God!
