• How can you over come bipolar episoids when you can’t get medical help?

  I don’t know what city you live in, but sometimes trying meditation could help. You could also give this thing a shot, check out the website www.artofliving.org, it is a non-profit group that teaches you meditation and stress relieved lifestyle.
  
  They have something called a course or basic course that you can try.

  Somebody on another reply had posted about “a flash card approach” meaning you write down these various points and tell them one by one. because sometimes when two people are talking, the topic might go into something else like an argument. He might ask you some question and you might start answering that and the original points you wanted to make might get lost in the argument. So try the flash approach Or at least write things on paper that you want to talk about. Good luck, bye

  You have to sit down and talk with him. Tell him you want to discuss something important. Tell him why you like him,but that one of his actions is kind of making you be at a distance from him. Tell him also that it is scientifically proven that smoking is bad for health, not just for the smokers but people around them. ASk him if he can cut back on it to begin with.
  Tell him also that it will save him money which he can use for other things…If he does not even want to discuss it, you should move on. If he really likes you, he might cut back onit and come back to you. If not you don’t lose anything good. Good luck.
