Both of those conditions are related to weight gain & going by information from friends who have either one or both say that it is really difficult to lose weight unless you go on a strict diet and do plenty of exercise, see your Dr and they may pass you onto someone who can guide you through this with an easy plan.

Wow this convo is getting a lil outta hand, it sounds like she really is attention seeking.
For all you know this is some crazy thing she has created in her mind and most likely laughing about this behind your back as your getting more and more worried about her.

I had a bacon buttie…. I made sure the bacon was really crispy with really soft bread & real butter. not sure where it came from, it was in the fridge after the other half went shopping & I loved it coz it was sooooo yummy!

Have you made a list of your feelings, problems, emotions, achievements, goals?
Make a list regardless of how many pros or cons u have, look at each con and focus on how to overcome them, with the pros, see how u can make them even better if possible.
I have suffered with depression for many years & this was suggested to me a year or two back, im not saying this simple task will make everything better but it gives u something to focus on, even if it is the problems.
