Afternoon Andie. Well I’m still in London. Cora my daughter got ill on Wednesday and we had to take her to the hospital. She got a stomach virus. It made her unable to keep even water down. So I had to postpone until Tuesday. Give her time to get her strength up. She slept for almost 24 hrs yesterday. So a little bit stir crazy today. She is very clingy..unless asleep. Thats how I’m managing to be here at the moment.

First op was to remove the cancer lump, then they decided to take her lymph node.
Unfortunately I will doing this mostly on my own as my sis lives in London like me.
The reason I’m going is that everybody else has things to do. Hubby working so I have to take our 2yr old with me and the dog.
Son at school. Sister home educates my niece so has to stay for support groups.
I will see them all at Easter they are all going to come up and visit. Phew.
I do hope it doesn’t sound that I am feeling sorry for myself. I am taking it all in my stride.
After the chemo then she will get radio..
Sounds like the worst/best diet in the world. lol

its awful when you have to watch them like that..really pulls at your heart strings..yet they cant see you feel sorry for them cos it only makes them feel ten times worse!
i remember my dad having radio..i watched a huge 16/17 stone man dwindle each day to enventually 7 stone!

Yes she got diagnosed before crimbo. Its taken this long to get to the therapy because they’ve had to operate twice. I will try not to laugh when shes lost her hair. Just looking for wigs at the moment. But think she will opt for head scarfs.
Cop this though. My step dad is ment to be helping but hes just been told he has to have a new hip!!
My sister made me laugh she said its going to be like having Grandpa Joe and Grandma Josphine from Charlie Buckets house in Willy Wonka. hehehe

Shes got breast cancer. She is having her first round of chemo today. I am going to be two days late as the hospital started her treatment a week early. Bollocks eh! Been organising travel and dates for weeks. Then they throw a cat amongst the pigeons.

Glad to hear that you are feeling good. Crap about the clouds. If I’m slow on the replies its because I’m still researching chemo side effects and so on. I’m off to Nottingham on Friday to look after my mum.
