  Show that you are honnest by writing them you want to pay what you have to and ask for a way to pay very regularly, each week or month for instance, a part (10/100) of the debt. Meanwhile, if obviously you can’t afford all that you are asked to, tell them there must be a mistake or misunderstanding about your incomes or properties and verify with them, very politely, if there is a mistake about the information they have about you. If you manage very badly your money, apologize and ask a social service to learn you how to manage better your money, and you give to the Tax center the proof that you have a problem but soon or late, you will change and fix it.
  
  I am sorry if I can’t say more. Except may be change if possible the standing of your living before they take it by force. They have a job wich requires power and they have it…
