For the past four years, I have been a member of Treasures of the Heart Ministries, a gospel group with which I performs as a poet, flutist, and songwriter. I work part-time as a professor in the Graduate Business and Executive Programs at University of Maryland, University College, teaching leadership, change management and ethical principles as the foundations of effective leadership.
I co-founded and led the consulting firm, BHM International, Inc. for many years. I also co-founded and was Executive Director of a nonprofit mental health service organization in Massachusetts, Center for Health and Development. Prior to working independently, I was affiliated with Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital as a Clinical Fellow in Psychology, an Instructor in Psychology.
