Hi I’m Robin T. I am 30 years old, a college graduate, looking for work in my field. I am happy to report that I have been approved for a mortgage on a condo in NYC, the bad news is I am $7K short the down payment. Being that it is a condo I have to put the full 10% down which is $20250. Well ha ha after all the drama of finally finding something I can afford, I am about to miss out due to this. If someone can help point me in the right direction for help with my down payment. It would be greatly appreciated.
