However I have to admit I am human, and I do appreciate it when some ackowledges that I helped them, but I do not care whether or not, I reply to a post, that I know I can help, and I stay on the post until I resolve that problem, I just live to help, like if college goes according to plan, a lot of parents will be very happy with my PhD invention.

I know this may sound cynacil, but if your provider is anything like most Satelite companies, this was a publicity stunt, they love you paying money, so they said that they will give you a signal boost (it boosts the signal strength).
