  the most i can do is offer you my frienship and my help/advice, im not here to judge, killing yourself is not the only way out.

  Ok, This is my last reply i will still offer you help.
  
  i over reacted it turns out from my blood test that i caught glandular fever and from catching this it made me feel sad a miserable, so just to help you people who messaged me about “overdosing”.
  
  – Do not worry i will post some stuff that i found on the web to help you.
  
  – ok first of all overdosing is when you take more then the recomended dose of prescription medicine.
  
  you will notice and i am not joking half of the people i have talked to all say that they have regretted it when they try to kill themself, so i just thought i would post some very, very helpful facts for those of you who attempt to over dose in the future.
  
  your probley wondering wtf why is he posting it here?
  – well because most of the people i have tried to help claim they want to overdose and it is one of the most common forms of suicide!
  
  please head these tipes and makes sure you contact me for more info btw i would never kill myself/cause self harm ever in my life.
  
  1. if you do injest more then the recommended dosage, (and this may sound sick but please do it if you do) attempt to regergitate te pills if you have ingested more then the regular amount. but please use this as a last resort, i knw it may sound wrong, but i did read it off brochure i picked up at a medical clinic for you.
  
  2. if you have waited too long and the pills have been in you for more then 10 minutes then i suggest attempting to remember the pills you just took and calling an ambulence, please use this as a first resort.
  
  3. if its to late and you dont call a ambulence then believe me, do not fall asleep, the main way these pills kill you is by sending you in a deep state of sleeping, in which your body must remain stimulated as you can often lose control of your own bodily functions and eventually your organs will start shutting down one by one, so it is important that you go to anyone you can trust even neighbours and just remain stimulated the first thing you should do though please is call an ambulence while remaining stimulated. (sadly, sometimes it is to late)
  
  4. do not try to drink heaps of water to dilute it as your stomach will only try to break down the tablets faster, basically trying to wash them down or dilute it will probably not do anything and is a waste of time.
  
  !So please call an ambulence! otherwise just go to a doctors or even school nurse and pic up any brochures about the dangers of medicine or any relative info related to this topic and if you think you are a potential risk to yorself in the future.
  
  believe m right now nearly 90% of people actually realise that it is too late and they regret doing these harmful acts!
  and instead of contacting me i suggest just contacting a real organisation/hotline because they will no so much more then me and be able to get directly to the point.
  
  but you can still contact me for advice in the future.
  
  its just when relying on someone like me to give you serious information about medical diagnoses i cant really reply fast enough to every message, so unfortunetly it may be too late for me to help you!

  most of the time you may think you have a problem but it can actually be a general illness making you feel this way, my brother for eample op of 4, I.Q of 139 felt the same way as me when he was 16 and he was diagnosed with Glandular Fever which is a disease in my opinion rather then a fever but this fever particually is attracted to he chemicals in your brain and prays on those with low immune systems e.g stress and any other illnesses you may have had while/before dealing with this issue which control your emotions and is untreatable.
  
  you also may not realise that you even have it.
  1. look for repetitive symptoms for glandular Fever such as drowsyness lazyness and dizzyness in extreme cases look for uncontrollable vomitting.
  basically some people think they are mentally ill and they aren’t its technically all in your head, so before making rashional decisions maybe just get a blood test first.
  
  and you might just find it’s not you thats making you feel like this, like i did ;) :P
  
  however i am very tried and very out of focus and energy right now and struggeling to move my legs ;(
