- (1 vote) I have horrendous insomnia, and the only thing that has helped cure it for me is marijuana before bed.
I had trouble sleeping alot. I did some reading and the things that helped the most were these.
1.) going to bed every night at the same time i do midnight.
2.) you should shoot for 8 and a half hours of eyes shut and asleepness
3.) Relaxing music an hour before bed (explosions in the sky is a favorite)
4.) dimmed lights an hour before bed.
5.) relax don’t do anything you have to think about
6.) don’t look at screens or bright lights of any kind in this hour. A screen tricks our brain into thinking that its daytime even if it is 11pm. A side note there is a chemical released that helps you fall asleep but it is not released if you look at a bright light or screen.
Some times your sleep cycle is messed up. you can buy an alarm clock that simulates dawn or sunrise that might help.

Here’s the thing about clubs. Girls in them are expecting people to hit on them, So actually clubs are not the best places to go to meet women, Unless you have a lot of game. (Pua is stupid it is a scam to keep guys in a bad situation with false hopes)
There is no good way of approaching a woman. And pick up lines don’t work.
I would suggest talking to women you don’t know (in the Daytime) before even start thinking about hooking up with one.
Second confidence is key… You can’t fake it, So get some.
Third Stop feeing sorry for yourself and going on to relationship help sites, sorry but its true, MAN UP. it wastes time.

American, any European accent Accents are impossible to fake tho You kind of have to live there for a little. I have a fake Irish accent and my friend from Ireland says its awful. Then she did an American accent and it was even worse

Sounds like you’re just a filler, When she needs some attention at home she ims you and stuff, but when she’s out she has other people. If i were you i would either break away, or become a guy friend. If you can’t be her with out likening her then definitely break away. But DO look For other girls. Plenty of fish in the sea. And Two years That must of been torture!!! Right now you’re suffering from oneitus. Look thats what your eyes are for!!! i went through the same thing last year and i missed countless opportunity’s to go up and talk to people. And i was going after a chick who went through 3 boyfriends while i still liked her.
