• Wireless Problems…HELP :(!
  

  WOW!!! Thank You ALL of you for your Help and Advice!!! You are all so wonderful!!! I really couldn’t of done it without each and every one of your help! YES!!! I FINALLY got it UP and running!!!
  It’s kinda funny how I did it! It had been about 8 or so months since I first set my Network up (and had redone it a few times within the following month). I remembered something I had to do in order to add my other computers to the one computer that I set my Linskys up on…I had to save the linskys set up program onto a removable media drive (which helps the other computers to recognize certain configerations from the Proxy Server, or something like that)…I saved it on the media drive and WOOLAH, put it in my lapt top and it WORKED!!!! I am SOOOO happy!!!!
  To be honet, for a minute there (after messing around w/ trying to configure stuff on my own), I thought I had messed my internet up completely, LOL but, after trying this, I got LUCKY!!!

  Hello, I totally hear where you are coming from…your words are so beautiful that they made me cry :(. I am a Mother of 4 WONDEFUL children and I worry about leaving them on this earth alone…I also believe that your Mother knows that you miss her and love her extremely. It sounds like maybe you are just now starting to realize how much it hurts? Sometimes (as you mentioned) we try to stay strong for the rest of the family and, it is a hard thing to do for some and for others, it is easy but, one day to cry or to really miss her bad is not a bad thing, ya know? :) Your Mother understands now what you are going through and no matter what, she is there for you in your heart and soul!!! And, she loves you VERY VERY VERY much!
  Oh, please, just don’t give up on knowing how much she loves you and that she will always be with you forever! Good Luck and hang in there! You sound like a WONDERFUL person..inside and out!!! You have a good Soul!

  Thank You so much EVERYONE who replied :)!!! I love this site already!!! Wow! My first post and, already I have THREE people who want to help…:) Ok, first things first, ThisFireJesusFreak, thanx, I understand about it being hard to help someone over the internet w/ computer problems…I seem to have a problem myself w/ figuring out how to explain things that are “technical” to anyone online myself :(. But, thanx so much for the reply!!! And, Centralcoastsingles, thank you as well…you do have a point about having different windows and all but, I have two Window’s XP desktop’s (the homeschool computers) and MY lapto (the new one) and my Desktop (the not so new one, lol) are both Vista. Also, My oldest son has a Vista Laptop (which is actually in the shop right now being repaired due to a unknown Hard Disk Failure), his is a Vista and I’ve never had problems getting any of them to connect through wireless (I had my desktop built with wireless in it). Anyway so, I don’t know, maybe it does have something to do with it, maybe not :)!!!
  Now, for JCD…your’s makes the most sense, only because of a message I get when it doesn’t connect…it says something like “you are trying to connect to an open connection and your network is configured for privacy”..now, like I said in the beginning, I am BAD about explaining anything technical :(…that’s about the best I can do w/ recalling the message…cuz I haven’t had the same message since I messed w/ my privacy settings on the computer…so, my question to you is…HOW do I turn the security off on my router??? Do I turn it off on the actual router box itself?? THANK YOU SOOOOO much though for this much info so far, I have a feeling that this will get me started into getting it connected to my wireless :) (oh..btw, when I am at my fiance’s home, I have NO prob. connecting to any connections over there…and there’s one connection here that’s open that’s one of my neighbors that works for me but, it’s weak!!!) Anyway, sorry about this being so long, thanx and I do hope that this helps to shed some more light on my problem and I hope that turning the security off (once I know how to do it, LOL) on the router workds!!!

• Panic?
  

  Hello :), although I do not know EXACTLY what it is that you are going through at night time…I DO understand how it feels. here’s what I think :)..We (as Mother’s, Father’s, Student’s, Worker’s, etc..etc..) live very busy days and, when it comes time to sllllow down to go to sleep, our bodies react to the stress from the day and we begin to have “racing” thoughts sometimes or, muscle jolts from the physical and sometimes mental side of the day and, sometimes our hearts do start to speed up a bit due to the thought’s/feelings going through our bodies/mind and, sometimes we go into a FULL panic attack (I’ve been there MORE than once :(…). Anyway, I suggest when you feel this way, to help maybe calm your mind and body down (only because, these things have actually helped keep ME from going into a full panic), Ok, first things first…I ALWAYS start out w/ the “breathing excersizes” I actually learned about on T.V. (some movie or something I was watching)…here’s whatcha do (unless you already know this one!!!)…our NOSES were made to breath in oxygen, not our mouths…so, you take a nice slow (very slow) deep breath through your nose and, you hold that breath for a total of 4 seconds…then you exhale exactly the same way you enhaled (through your nose)..or you can try in your nose, out your mouth (same amount of time and slowness)…if it sorta works but, not all the way, I would then suggest getting up out of bed and, then maybe walking outside (IF it’s a nice cool night and NOT to hot) and take some nice cleansing breaths with the cool air flowing through your nostrils :)…this almost ALWAYS works for me, if the other doesn’t! Anyway, another thing (and, you’ll probably never have to do this) that my Mother actually had me try when I was about 10 or so…was to sit in a chair and lean over with my head between my knees and my arms down to my side.
  Other than that, I couldn’t tell you exactly what your going through, like I couldn’t give it a medical name or anything (other than a pre-panic attack) as, I am not a Medical Professional, I’m just a normal every day Mother of 4 who goes through a LOT of stress and sometimes has to take the same advice I just gave you! I really hope this works for you and, if not my advice, I hope someone else’s works for ya, I know it’s NOT fun going through what you are going through and I know sometimes it can become scary, but, just hang in there, try and find other ways to retrane your body to relax when you become tense and breath the right way at the same time :)!!!! Good Luck and I’ll keep my fingers and toes crossed for ya!!!
