its ok to get up set everyone has there moments when the just need to take a walk or some thing and its normal for u to feel concerned with your child cause of course no one in there right mind want to see there kid in pain or distress. i think the reason ur kid freaked is because he may have gotten use to u holding him and not the crib so as soon as he realizes fully that he isn’t in Ur arms he flipped and on top he probably was still tired and cranky but I’m not doctor just my opinion i hope everything goes well and you find out truly what was bothering him
