• im feeling mentally and physically ill.
  

  first of all, i know just how you feel.
  and i believe i can help you.
  i feel the same. it´s like your soul is trapped in a body and you can feel how the body slowly dies, and you can´t break out.
  it just means you are very sensesable to energys that are sucking from your energyfeld.
  you should try to control your energy with meditation.
  i tried it my self and it´s benefits are great.
  try out zen-meditation. it´s great to learn to walk through daily life and keep your energy at your side, and there energy at theres.
  give´s you more space & time to move.
  just look it up in the internet: zen-meditation
  here are a few other thinks i recomment: 1. reiki(hands on/off healing) try to get attunements. some do it in four, some in three.
  2. yoga is very benefitial to gain more selfconfidence
  and 3. chakra- meditation for you physical and mental stability and harmony of yourself.
  really it works. if you put all your heart in to it there is only success.
  you become aware of your intuition and that will exalerate your personal grows.

  one thing is for sure, there is no help but self-help.
  life is about learning. we think about death at the moment we don´t want to put effort in to learning anymore.
  one thing i have learned is, the more you judge others the more they judge you. it´s called “karma”.
  so, suit yourself.
  you only get what you give.
  don´t hangaround low energy people(people that are
  constantly negative). even if they are your parents or childhood friends. let go of them. they only keep you from enjoying life to the full.
  you are proberbly a person that cares a lot about what people think about you. but let me tell you, no thought has ever killed someone. and thinking is not knowing. don´t forget that.
  you should start looking at moods in energy-terms.
  anything that brings you up is positive, anything that brings you down negative.
  it makes it easyer to see when something or someone is drawing energy from you.
  on the other hand, when someone is always alone and has no one to talk about ones own thoughts and idears, it will lead towards selfdestruction. a person can not live on his/her own if the person limits him-/herself with illusionary boundrys. because there is something we want doesn´t mean that we need it, just because we don´t want to wait for it anylonger.
  don´t ask the people for the way out if you´ve allready made up your mind.
  sorry, but i don´t let you suck on my energy just because you looking for attention.

  first of all, don´t listen to any of those comments.
  i have a quest for you. since you seek the very reason of your existence, your life has just begun.
  you can choose, ether you give everything up right now, which i´m sure you don´t really bother about losing it, or you accept your birthright to live your life in any way you like. the only reason why we think about killing us is, becourse we have to keep up with the opinions of other. but our heart mostly doesn´t agree with the others advices. don´t be afrait to give up everything to win everything.
  here is your quest; know yourself and everything around you. then you can make up your own mind. seek the truth and only the truth. take others opinions, but only to study there view.
  now, get out there and find your true self!

• Why does nothing ever work out for me?
  

  i know exactly what you´re on about. i can´t help you. my life seems to be cursed too. nothing works out. i got so many idears and it never works out. i don´t even complain anymore, well sometimes. all i can say is: this system doesn´t work out for me. your proberbly not even interrested in what i´m writing.
  and i´m not happy that other people feel the same as i do. it only shows me that there are not many ways out, if any.
  the only reason why i didn´t kill myself yet is, becourse i want to live.
  its just so difficult.
  i think the only way out, is to become a buddha…
