• Urg ever wonder why you feel so empty sometimes?
  

  find your passion. Sometimes life keeps us so busy with B.S. that we get in such a Rut. Urg.! frustrating.
  You probally know the line about the vicious cycle… I’m fat because I eat. I eat because I’m Sad, I’m sad because I’m fat.. its a vicious cycle. Thats true with all aspects of our lives. We have to balance what we do.

  Are you seeing a professional with your problem? If not, you should. Asking for help to an uneducated forum is no place to begin. If you have seeked help and are under care then finding someone to share your experience with is help. Friends at home or on the net are good therapy.

  Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental disorder in which the affected person is excessively concerned about and preoccupied by an imagined or minor defect in his or her physical features. The sufferer may complain of several specific features or a single feature, or a vague feature or general appearance, causing psychological distress that impairs important functioning (e.g. occupational or self-care) or social aspects of life.[1]
  
  Individuals with very obvious and immediately-noticable defects should not be diagnosed with BDD, however culture and clinician bias may play a significant part in the subjectivity behind determining what physical appearance is considered ‘normal’ and in whom the disorder is diagnosed.[2] Onset of symptoms generally occurs in adolescence. The disorder is thought to affect both men and women equally and is linked to an unusually high suicide rate among all mental disorders.

  Mr. Dark Knight,
  Sometimes answers can be right in front of you and one can be too scared or stubborn.
  So you won’t take advise from unregistered users? Sounds like you just won’t take advise.
  I happened to stumble on this help site merely by chance. I rarely I mean rarely post on sites like this. I even hesitated sending you a reply when I saw you were a member for over a year. By the looks of it you have asked for a lot of help. On the other hand you really have not contributed a hell of beans.
  I was contemplating to just shake your remark off and move on. But something inside me had me come back to reply to your remark. Aside from taking the time to respond to your request. A simple thank you would have sufficed. Instead you displayed to me that no matter what anyone tells you, you have already decided to do nothing with this girl and just sit back at the computer and daydream. Expressing your wishes to the net with no intention of living life.
  Fear of rejection is prominently displayed by you.
  So I will again , in a stupid attempt to rescue you from your own demiss tell you to grow up, ask the woman out. Chances are what they are. If she likes you than great! And if she rejects you, than great too. That will allow you to move on. It doesn’t mean you can’t sit back and wish she had said yes. But it does allow you to get on with your life.
  And now being that I am a confirmed register user, you can’t use that lame excuse.
  A man was drowning in a lake. He prayed to God to save him. A helicopter came and threw him a life line. He rejected there help and shouted to them to leave him be because he trust in God. He has faith that God will save him. Poor guy drowned.
  I don’t know why I responded to your cry for help. Sorry you won’t take the life line. Have a Good life.

  You can choose to be a spectator in life and watch it pass by. When you get older you will be one of those people who tell stories of what you should have done, how life would have been different if you only …..
  
  Or you can be a participant in life. Seeking what you want. Asking what you want , and letting others around you know what you want.
  
  If you have known her for a while. You should stop the B.S. in your head, take a deep breath and start courting her.
  
  Be aggressive but respectful and kind.
