2008-06-30 12:51:11 on what would you want to see?

2008-06-30 12:46:53 on Does any one here believe in magic?
Science is magic and its fun. Just imagine physics books as spell books on alteration. Chemistry and Biology as Alchemy.
2008-06-30 12:42:14 on what are some of your most scariest movies you’ve seen?

Haha, a little hostel eh. But when it comes down to it you are never going to convinvce american people that its better for waste to be dumbed in their backyard rather than someone elses.
You never know until you try. Besides think of the people there man, they already have enough to deal with just with the crime, corruption, and hopelessness of their situation. Most of the countries still have “servants”. Why **** on people living in a shithole?
2008-06-29 00:31:00 on Are there any atheists here?
Buddhism or Hinduism. Leaning more towards Buddhism. But Hindu mythology is fun like Greek and Norse ones. Not boring like the Bible, Koran etc.
I guess with all the natural disasters we are having, as well as personal calamities, with all the suicidal thoughts that are raging, the new diseases cropping up, etc. etc…
They should continue their relentless push to remove God from every vestage of our society.
They took him out of schools a long time ago, and look what was reaped…
Now children, are even fearful to go to school.
And how much time and money is spent on trying to make them safe…..
Never heard of anything like that when I was in school.
WE were very proud to ask God to watch over us, as well as to say the pledge of allegiance to our flag. It started the day out on a good note, and fear was never an issue.
We have come a long way, but, in which direction???
Who would have ever thought one would have to conive…
to speak Gods name, in the Land of the Free….
and the Home of the Brave??
Where have they all gone??? :(
Those that made America great…..
And were not afraid to bow their knee before our God.
Look up Deists. And honestly it was kinda insulting for me to have to stand up and pledge allegiance to the Government and some invisible skydaddy. They say its voluntary now, its pure B.S. I tried to opt out of it and my teacher just told me stand up or get detention.
2008-06-29 00:16:38 on If the present is out of control how can the future be better?
Everything is out of control like the sea. Learn to Surf in the randomness.
2008-06-29 00:12:00 on Should exporting toxic waste to third world countries be illegal?
We do deal with it, just in another country. I dont think people are understanding the fact is if we bring it here we will be putting it in our backyard. Then we will have people complaining about all the waste we have here. Its a lose lose situation. At least, by putting it over there we dont have to look at it.
Out of site out of mind.
Morally wrong, maybe, but Id rather someone elses backyard be full of trash rather than mine. Trust me, the bottom line is people dont want toxic waste in their backyard.
Well then **** you. Might be morally wrong of me to say that but who gives a s**t, right? Lets just go with convenience.
2008-06-27 00:41:20 on im gonna get a woody allen movie what one is his best?

I would say, cause I live in one periodically.
Have you seen the effects first hand?
nope. But I would say its wrong because however many faults the U.S may have, it is not anywhere near as corrupt or lopsided in the power struggle between the poor and the rich. If we do export to foreign countries all thats going to happen is that we are going to line the pockets of a few wealthy individuals in the said countries who already probably have their children studying abroad in America or Europe. And wed be ******** on the local populace which didn’t have a say in the first place.
Well, you cannot use human standards or intellect to define God. That’s the first mistake people make. You cannot use human logic to determine God’s will. And, no, Anon, there’s not going to be a “theological pop quiz” before you can get into heaven! It IS important to acknowledge God and worship Him, because we will otherwise end up worshipping someone or something else.
If he is beyond humanity’s perception, then whats the point of making any theories about who or what is god? Might just be a big purple Hippo eating planets cause hes hungry.

God is a self-defense mechanism for the Ego, plain and simple.
