If there was a surefire way of doing it, everybody would stay home. However, I teach a class locally on selling on eBay and some people do well by going to garage sales, etc. I was so impressed after teaching the class for five years that I produced a multimedia CD on the techniques of selling, the presentation of the stuff you find.
More on that at acpress.com. But eBay selling is work and HARD work if you want to make any serious money. Forget the import and drop ship schemes. Look for something you know about at sales (in my case cameras and espresso machines!) then buy low and try to sell high. - written 1 year, 5 months ago
