  I can understand why some people feel annoyed by cutters. Probably because some of them do cut just to attract attention. The attention seekers usually are just doing as the name implies and probably don’t suffer from any sort of emotional problem. However there are some that do cut but also go to great lengths to hide it, which is very dangerous because we will never know how much damage they will do to themselves.
  
  Cutting to release emotion (not attract attention) is a sickness then really needs to be resolved. I have a friend who is actually pretty smart but he self harms and tried very hard to hide it from me. It was only luck that I managed to find out. I hear about my friend doing this and it makes me feel so sad.

  Thank you everybody for posting. I think this is such a great moment where we can share our gratitude with everyone.
  
  First of all I want to thank everybody on my friendlist. elysium87, miskat, sansceriph broussardhh, lil bit shie, mas1s, CodyJL, Haro and Nightowl. Thank you for making me realise that friends do actualy exist.
  Thank you to everyone who has helped me on this site. You don’t realise how much you have helped me. And thank you to the entire help.com community. You are brill!
