Well, see, I don’t know where you are located…I work in the legal system and can help…I am so sorry that you have had to live like that…I am really beginning to totally understand now why you would want to leave that situation and get out on your own…like a totally fresh life with alot of hope…yeah I definitely get that….
Let me know what state you are in, maybe I can get more info to you about how to get financial help once you do leave your Moms place.

You think that Help.com is childish? Well for one thing, if a person is under 13 years old, they cannot even be on this site.
Now, if you say that some of the posts or replies are “immature”
in nature, then you would be right. But we get alot of young teens that come on here because they are honestly reaching out for real help from total strangers. Maybe because they feel as though they cannot take their problem to their parents. But most of the helpers try very hard to give these kids very good advice. Advice that they may not get anywhere else about birth control,bullying,the pains of growing up. etc…
The only “childish” thing that happens on here is when the petty bickering starts, in my opinion.
But the mods usually get a grip on that, too.
You have only been here for a little over 2 days.
You couldn’t possibly have enough information to base an opinion on at this point.
But please, stay with us. Get to know us. HELP people. Get involved.
And by the time that you get your hourglass, 4 months, I’m sure that you will feel exactly the same way that most of us long timers do.
That this is our home away from home.
We come here to help people who are reaching out.
Be it childish or something totally serious.
It’s all in a days work.
