the phrase ‘you may now kiss the bride’ is optional no matter where someone lives, and people can choose to use it. and like LaztDaze said, if they choose to use the line, Kissing is kinda important or the couple would look a bit odd.
personally, im gonna make my own vows AND cermony. 20 Llamas will parade in a circle while 40 parrots sing out my wedding vows.
