  i kind of agree. i dont like the term ‘emo’ and i USED TO cut myself and i wear all black. but; in your case, u can call urself whatever you want to because i understand. let me remind everyone; “EMO MEANS EMOTIONAL.” its like how some girls will admit they’re getting moody and some wont. well thats the same way w/ emo ppl. i dont admit im emo but i know i am.

  emo doesn’t stand for emotional. it stands for emotive or emotional hardcore. it was a type of music that progressed in the 80’s, and is now being used as a way to discriminate against the depressed though it was originally intended as a nickname for the music. and if you cut, you’re a cutter. it doesn’t make you anymore emo than you already are. that’s just what everyone else thinks. and who cares what they think. lyl
