I am many things, the sum of everything that was before me, everything that has happened to me, and all the choices I have (mostly unconsciously) made. Right now it doesn’t feel good to be me. I should not be defined by just a handful of acts or ommissions, or even mistakes. On the whole I am a good man; a solid “B”. There are better people than I in the world but it’s a passing grade. I need to reach out as I am too much in isolation at present and as the James Taylor Song says, “Everynow and then the things I lean on loose their meaning; and I find myself careening into places where I should not let me go.”
