eat yogurt with honey for breakfast, a salad a lunch and then yorgurt with a friut or veggie for dinner. two snacks a day would be veggies or fruit. dont eat after 7 30 pm and if you are going to have any kind of carb, do it before 5pm. do a lot of cardio, the excersise all depends on where you are trying to loose waight, but lifting weights helps speed up your metabalism. - written 1 year, 3 months ago

Take a cheap trip to the beach n meet some one night stands, if thats too hard to manage i would def say take some shrooms or acid. if thats not your style or you have no way of getting them you could smoke some weed or get drunk in the day with a few people. if your intrested in someone have them in for the day watch a movie have some really great sex..what are you waiting for???or just a get a job n save up some money - written 1 year, 3 months ago
