• I need help with rent arrears payment of 1,800 dollars.
  

  Hi My name is Von I was needing help finding a new place to stay. This is what had happen to me I had started buying my home is 05 and then all of a sudden the company I worked for lost there contract forcing us to leave and not having anything to fall back on. So in 07 I started trying to save my home by going thru bankrupy and was working thru a temp staffing company everyone knows how they go work here and work there and then job assignment ends just when you think you going to get back on your feet. So the mortgage company was taking what I was sending but it wasn’t the full amount and they did say the would work with me until I find a full time job. Guess what after finding a full job and I call them and let them know they say send us information about how much you will be getting paid and what my position is I call them back and say hey I’m getting letter from people saying my home is being foreclose on they say disregard them letter if there isn’t anything with our letterhead on it it’s not from us. I say ok how about two weeks later someone knocking at my door tell me I have three weeks to vacant the property. So that forces me to move and now my kids and I are living from friend to friend house and I need a place for my kids and I they will be starting back to school soon and we need a nice area 3bedroom 2bath home fenced level back yard with with lots of storage space for rent about 600 to 750 a month that about all I can do gas, food, and other bills come into play also. I would like to stay in the centerpoint and roebuck area in Alabama close to my new job. Quick reply and serious inquiries only

  My name is Von
  I have just lose my home I’ve call the mortgage company four months ago trying to resolve this problem. The reason I went into forclosure in the first place cause my job lost there contract forcing us to leave with nothing. I was working thru temp staffing and everyone know how they go work here work there. I have gotten another full time job but I’m afraid it’s to late to save my home after I have talk to the mortgage company and they were willing to work with me. Next thing I know a realty company was knocking on my door I couldn’t pay the whole thing but those months I was behind I sent what i could now my kids and I are living from friend to friend and I really need someone who can help me find a nice home in centerpoint or roebuck area in Alabama. 3bedroom and 2 bath fenced level yard. monthly rent 600 to 750 thats about all I can do I have to pay other bills you know and food. I living check to check and it seems I don’t know where else to turn. No immediately family to ask for but my grandma and she is 73 years old I don’t want her stressed out with me she already have high blood pressure. Back to me if someone read this and this is no joking matter I’m serious my kids will be going back to school soon and we need a home i have 1st months rent can we work on the deposit. email me asap thanks von
