190cm? That’s 6′3″….soooo tall…If you’d be that tall, you’d be a famous basketball player here. Filipinos don’t really have the talls genes. Pure filipinos males would be at an average of 165cm. Chinese-filipinos would normally be taller. There are tall guys here too. But it’s rare to find someone who’s taller than 183cm here/ You’d be turning heads in a good way. If you’d be that tall, I don’t think high heels will do the trick anymore. LOL

I’m tired. I slept so late thanks to mom. She slept so late. So her loud tv was keeping me awake. She was talking on the phone with my aunt too. She’s so loud. She’s like a megaphone. I can’t tell her to lower her volume and the tv’s volume cause she might get mad and hit me. Mom and I were the only ones left that time so no one can defend me in case she goes nuts.

I have two dogs Orbitz the dalamatian an Oreo the Spitz.

Oreo has the habit of burrying her food. When you give her food, she hide it somewhere so she can eat it later…it’s kinda like saving food for the rainy days for that mut. One time, my brother gave Oreo a piece of meat, which instinctively she store near the cabinet. Smart Orbitz snatch the meat and then hid under the bed. Oreo was pissed off a bit but she’s too huge to run after Orbitz under the bed. Outsmarted Oreo was given another piece of meat by my bro and she hid it in antoher spot. Orbitz came, snatch the meat and then snuck under the bed. Oreo was so mad she kept barking furiously. It was like my mom nagging us.

I’m gonna tell you something but you can’t tell anyone else. I want to keep things under wrap. But I’m letting you in on this cause I trust and you’re my friend.

Here’s my story. My bf has a family corporation somewhere in the province(a far away town not even a city). You have to ride a plane, a boat and then a car (2 hours drive) to get there. Even before, we know that he would end up there running the family business. It means we will settle down there (Let’s call it Town) and raise a family there. We don’t have a choice.

Initially, I don’t want to settle there cause it’s so far from home (CITY) but I’m okay with that…Actually, now, I think it’s healthier for me to be away from my from home…from my mom…Sooo much trauma and flashbacks (I couldn’t even sleep well at night). I don’t like it there (town)cause there’s no school there so it means that our kids and I have to stay in a city (two hours away from the business). And we would only get to see each other (my future husband and their dad)on weekends. Anyway, I recently researched that there’s actually an ok private school there in Town…SOoooo happy…I didn’t want to settle in Town too cause there’s not much job opportunity for CPAs there. I don’t want to be a housewife but there’s much chance that I’ll be one. Anyway, I was just informed that their family business would really want me to be part of their company as a CPA…

So basically, all the reasons why I didn’t want to settle in Town has disappeared. Things are turning out better than expected. God’s is looking out for us. Sooo happy right now.

SO here’s the plan in my love life. He’ll resign from his current job. Then be in TOwn and work there. Soon, maybe after 6 months or so, I’ll be there too…but as his wife already…:)

The soonest for us to get married is by December. But I told my bf that it’s too soon because there’s so much planning to do for the wedding and he hasn’t even transferred yet…Next year is a highly probable time frame for marriage…We want it on the summer of next year if it’s not gonna be this December.

the only downside is that we have to be apart first before we get married cause he has to be in Town ahead of me…I can only go there when we’re married. We don’t want to get married first and then go there. It has to be him working there for a while then get married then I go there.

I’m soooo happy. Things are finally falling into place and I’m glad God’s keeping my bf under His favor.

Well, just pick the right size for your tux. It has to be a perfect (or close to perfect) fit. But, with a smile, you’ll look good in any outfit. I wish I could be there and help you decide on your tux. I have good taste for that…My brother won Prom prince this year. I chose his outfit.

About the discount, I’m thinking that I should loosen up on my thought as to discounts. It’s no big deal and culture wise, it is an honor to be given a discount. It’s one of the things that say “VIP.” I let my bf win. I just let this one go. It’s really no big deal. The discount was really huge though.

I used to sing. I won talent shows and became head of the choir group. But I stopped singing now thanks to my mom. She makes me too sad, too bitter to sing. But I’d sing when I’m alone. I play the guitar.

As to life(or lifeless) with mom, I’m okay. Well, I am a bit suicidal but I got reasons to keep on living so no worries. I think I’m okay. Don’t worry about me.

I soooo hate my evening conversation with my bf. He insisted that he will inform his sister that I will buy from his sister’s store today. I really think it’s not needed. He knows I seriously don’t want a discount. I don’t like the thought of me directly/indirectly asking for a discount. Of course he insisted and once again, like all the time, I let him win. Why won’t he let me just do this the easy way :go to his sister’s store and buy it. Why does he have to intervene? I don’t know what’s in it for him.

Sooooo angry inside but I don’t show it. I don’t even push this issue. I try to brush it off. I’m good at that…making things “water under the bridge.” The anger will be gone before we talk again this evening but right now, I’m still pissed off.

We have been apart cause he had to be somewhere else to review for his board exam. Later, I had to be somewhere else to review for my board exam. The review is around 5 months. There are no good review schools here. He works in a city two hours from here. So he comes home every Saturday, date on Sunday and back to work on Monday.

Don’t be too much of a pessimist…It’s not good to be the type who not only sees that the glass is half-empty, but the water tatse awful too. I’m optimistic in general but I’m pessimistic in some aspects. Optimism hurts a lot sometimes.

We met in church during a bible study conducted by our organization. We plan to get married in that very same church and the reception would be held in the place where we had our first dance. It’s also the place where I first introduced him to my parents.

Well we have the same case…I just get one sunday and then it’s work again on Monday until Saturday..Lucky you cause the sooner the weeks end, the sooner school ends…

When you’re working,there would be no summer breaks, semestral breaks, spring breaks etc….I don’t mind working though.

Well, we try to go on dates at least once a week..and then he suprises me every now and then with dates more than once in a week…We’ve been a part for some of the years. Like five months last year and five months on some year…

I hope he’d pop the question (soon) in a romantic place…not a resto though…I want him to pop the question in the place where we first met and exchanged numbers.

You do think of two things all at once? Amazing. I used to talk on the phone while doing homework or while studying. I can still do it now but I have nothing to study.

Planning only gets you so far…After that, you have to take leaps of faith…So have a little more faith. Right now, dOn’t be too worried about the future to the extent that you’d waste the present over worrying.

Saturday is work but my boyfriend surprised me with a date. Our date is scheduled on every Sunday so this is a pleasant surprise. I love his surprises and his attempts to surprise me.

My cousin, a seaman surprised everybody when he came home unannounced on Sunday. I was so happy. We’re very close. I was feelinz woozy that day cause of the med I took.

My head hurts like splitting hell since Monday…This is so unfair.

I remember being at your age and constantly thinking about the future. I think too much such that have to keep on telling myself “Stop thinking! Stop thinking!” That didn’t work though. Being in the age you’re in, we worry about the future cause at that age, we start to realize that the future, our future, is in our hands. Then you think that you’ve been a kid way too long, playing in the park when you should have been planning your life…So we kinda keep on thinking cause we feel that we are so behind in terms of steering our life into the direction we want to go. Plus we have to figure out what to do and how to get there and we have a time limit for that. So we keep on thinking and we double-time with our thinking cause we think that we have wasted so much time playing around already. When we were kids, we never worry about the future cause our parents worry about it for us…But then we grow up and we are then informed of the responsibility to plan our lives.

It’s overwhelming for teens to be all of a sudden “in-charge”. We used to have everything taken care of by our parents. They decide where we go to school, what summer camps to go to…then all of a sudden, we decide where we go to school, what to do this summer and other big decisions in life. What adds up to the strain of thinking is that our parents (most of them) don’t intervene. In terms of our future, they let us decide by ourselves. So this sudden shift, from deciding nothing and to deciding everything on our own kinda pressures us to think, think really hard and constant…We worry that young and inexperienced as we are, we might not be able to plan our life well by ourselves. Plus, at this age, we realize that we only get one shot in this life. So we worry about screwing up. We worry about the future cause we are not sure if we are capable enough to handle the present and steer us into where we wanna go.

Once again, sorry for the extra long shout…I’ve got a lot to say about thinking too much but I’m out of time..So till next time…

Stress causes back pain. COld weather triggers back pain too. Avoid lifting heavy objects. Don’t stand too long. When your back hurts, lie down and place a pillow right under your knees. Oh, you can place a hot water bag on your back.

What kind of car do you plan to drive?

If I was there when you were standing in the rain, I’d be in a raincoat and a HUGE umbrella, still standing beside you and trying to drag you inside…haha.

We had an exchange student once. In school, she was standing in the rain. A teacher had to pull her out of the rain cause she didn’t wear a bra so her wet uniform revealed food for the boys.

I had major backpain after the water rafting and I became a shade darker. But it was all worth it.

Guess what! I’m going to Taiwan for a vacation tour. It’s just a week. 4 days in Taiwan and one day in the capital of my country (the only airport to Taiwan). Then it’s a connecting flight home. It’s on April. I’m so excited.

I bet your friend is a good poet if he can write what you feel. Try making a poem or an essay. It gets easier as you do more of it.

Aww…poor you accidentally logging out. Yeah they shouldn’t put it there. They should also do something so that no one would accidentally give a shoutout to himself. That’s always my mistake. LOL.

Oh…I know how you feel. Sometimes I wish that I could just disappear too. Plus, telling problems to the professionals and getting analyzed by them makes us feel vulnerable. We’re okay with showing our vulnerability to people very close to us…so close that we can let our guard down cause we’re safe with them. But these shrinks and other professionals don’t have our trust, they just have a degree. We can easily open up (most of the times) to our closest loved one (not easy all the time) but to total strangers or mere aquaintances (like your school psychiatrist), it’s not easy to open up because showing our vulnerable side scares us.

You may not tell everything to your psychiatrist though. Just talk about things you are comfortable enough to share to the psychiatrist.

Give your psychiatrist a chance cause right now, I don’t think your coordinator would allow you not to see the school psychiatrist. So I don’t think you have a choice. But if it makes you feel any better, now, there are 2 more persons caring for you (the coordinator and the psychiatrist)…oh…add me too…

Try art. Art could be an outlet of your emotions. You can also get a journal and just write your feelings down. Talking about what you’re going through might help too..

I have suicidal thoughts too. I fantasize about it. And I hope for it. I feel so angry inside.

I wish were not that far apart so that we could meet up for real and then I can try your cooking (and you can try my cooking ATTEMPTS). Then, we could hang out when one of us needs cheering up.

Talking to school pschiatrist isn’t that bad. It’s free anyway. Your tuition is paying for it. So give it a try. Don’t judge if you haven’t tried. If after a couple of sessions you don’t like it, you can call it quits.

Be happy that your COordinator wants to help. Be grateful for the help. Though I do get that it kinda sucks coming out needy and vulnerable. But what wrond with society is that we, especially you guys,are expected to be strong all the time, to be heroes and never break down and cry. Society is wrong. Being a man is being in touch with your feelings too. Being a man mean s being human and not an indestuctible super hero.

You’re too young and alive to be wishing for death. If you’re a veggie (meaning in a comma), I could understand your wish. But you are alive and well. You have just started life and you’re even winning the race when compared to all your batch mates. From where I’m standing, I can tell that you’re a winner in the race called life. SO tell me and ask yourself “Does the winner quit the race?”

To be honest, I’ve been wishing I’d die too. I have suicidal thoughts but don’t wanna talk about it now.

Everyone has the right to be angry, to be sad, to be in a bad mood, but no one has the right to be cruel. So I don’t mind if you’re in a bad mood as long as you’re not rude.
