  god doesnt make mistakes. the answer your looking for just hasnt arrived yet. your time and happiness will come, thats what ive learnt today. The hope in your life hasnt gone, there must be someone you can be with. just for the company. stop looking back. look forward. someone loves you, someone cares. i care or i wouldnt be writing this

  yeah, youre all right. thanks so much. sometimes i think things will get better, but then something else happens. somethimes, i could just scream. whenever im alone, i cry. on the bus, in the loos, at home, in bed. i constantly feel like im nervous, panicking about something, i think its just general fear of whats going to happen today. Its so constant this depressed feeling. its draining.

  i know that one person cannot make another person anorexix. I think she used it as a cry for help. attention, because she was alone and wanted help. its understandable. but you are right, she’s responsible for her own actions. if only every1 else new that.
  i have alot of regret. i wish i hadnt left my friends. i think thats why i get so down, this is my own fault. iv been told to stop looking back, to look forward. but its so hard. especially on nights like tonight, when the friends im talking about are having a party a street away from me right now. i feel like a sad little person, pathetically sat at home alone. i just want things like they were. but they wont be and thats hard to accept. im living for uni, even more so after what you’ve just said, about making new friends. im 17 and ive got one year left before i finish my exams and get away from all this. i can do, but its hard.
  Youve made me feel so much better. it feels good knowing im not the only person in the world to have felt like this. thanks so much

• what do i do when my girlfriend is having problems with her family?
  

  listen to her. dont give her any major advice. hold her hand. tell her you’ll do anything to help, ask what it is that you can do. Give her space, but really show that you care by asking regularly how things are going. she’ll be upset if she thinks its slipped your mind. family problems are quite big, so talk to your girlfriend but dont get involved with the family issue itself.
