Same reason alcohol is. By the time they figured out it was bad for you, it was too late to make it illegal.

They tried banning alcohol and people rioted, and still made it in their homes and smuggled it, and yes, the government stopped making money on it. So they re-legalized it. They wont make the same mistake with money.

They cant really do that, sometimes its disabled on the computer and you have to activate it manually(i dont know how to do that), but as long as your computer can read it, it should be able to be downloaded to your hard-drive.

when you put it in, most computers are set to pull up a menu that has the option to rip, like with CD’s. If not, you probably have to open windows media player or whatever program you have and go through the menus to find the option. It should say something like rip to hard drive or something similar. Or right click on the DVD line in the media player and see if its there.

I would say that pre-marital sex is like alcohol. Its not for everyone, but those who do it should enjoy in moderation.
