• How many people struggle with a alcoholic father?
  

  Well the only thing i could think of is suggesting to him that he goes to AA.( Alcoholics Anonymous.) Or just being there for him and support him the best you can, be there for him when he is sober ( if he ever is ) and talk to him about all of that than. Maybe it will be easier to have a conversation with the person that is completely sober.
  Theres nothing you can really do unless the alcoholic is actually willing to stop drinking.
  Im sorry I cant really help.
