I believe the reason they were banned last time, was because of their deliberate actions to get themselves banned, so this time, anything breaking TOS rules will be acted on.

Hello, I have a question. A friend of mine was temporarily banned some time ago and I was wondering if there is a standard time period for temp. bans. If so, would you be so kind as to let me know how long it is? Or, perhaps it is a case by case basis?
