  I woudl like to know your phone number, the area where you would like to buy the home, price range, number of bedrooms and baths and all the details such as urban, rural, near schools, etc., etc. For your convenience I have a form in my web site that you can fill it out and submit it to me ASAP.
  
  I would like also to know how much money you are counting with since apparently the lenders want you to put down at least 5% and my assumption is that you do not have the 5%, correct? so how much money do you have?

  What state do you live?
  
  Have you consulted with a mortgage company in your area and/or gotten your credit pulled. If you got your credit pulled I wonder aht your mid FICO score was.
  
  You are also more than welcome to stop by my site and fill out a form so that I can pull credit for you. It is only $15.00 dollars and it can be for just the applicant or for both the applicant and co-applicant for the same fee.
  
  Once, I see that I can analyze it and if it is something that we can do it ASAP, I will go ahead and start the paperwork upon your consent.

  Have you tried to refi your home or to sell it or to get a HELOC or something.
  
  I am a Realtor(r) and mortgage broker and I am going through a financial hardship ’cause of the industry problems as you stated but I am new pro in the industry in comparison as you so I assume you are in a better financial position but I understand that we all in the industry are getting hurt.
  
  Even lenders are colosing down and some are trying to avoid the sub-prime market.
  
  Have you tried prosper… why don’t you try them. They might be able to help you financially.
  
  It might take a while though but my suggestion is to contact them.
