  Maybe you felt the need to make things right… cleaning the dirt from the excavator with soap. It means you want to fix something in your life that is bothering you. Kidding. It means I’ve never studied psychology courses.
  
  sometimes we get weird dreams. I dream about crashing helicopters all the time. I’m never in the helicopter, I’m always witnessing how they fall. For no particular reason. Although I fear helicopters and wouldn’t like to fly in one.
  
  Imagination is very weird. It takes you places. Sometimes wonderful places that you don’t to wake up from, sometimes awful places that you’re relieved to wake up from. Imagination is a human’s most amazing gift.

  Well, honestly I wouldn’t know how long it’ll take, because every person is different, but I will say I congratulate you because you sound like you’re on the right track, plus you’re making an effort and you’re doing something healthy for yourself… You will eventually lose those 20 lbs, maybe it’ll take a little longer than you hope, but at least you’re working for it.
