Firstly, you could try to get other people he has intimidated to rally with you and go to the headmaster or by pass and go straight to the authorities.

That failing:
You could steal the transmission from his car. Or anypart from the engine really once you pull something that looks important out the car ususally doesn’t work.
You could mess with his head and mix up his stuff. For example if he leaves his briefcase by the door you could move it to under the desk. I know thats difficult but it’s just an example.

I know they’re weak but I need more info.
