Is testing the new re-design off the site which is expected to be launched in the next month or too.
Of course before he launches the site he needs to test it to sort out all the glitches ect.

That thing you saw is not true it is an old message post that the admins have forgotten to remove. I have had it a couple of times before. It occurs when Yourabi is testing the site I believe.
