  How do we find out what you decided to do. It bothers me that here you are asking for advice and people have the audacity to say “what was the rest of it I bet it was kinky” sick sick people!! he should be eliminated . I know you are going to take my advice. If you choose not to well.. you will never ever have that inner peace. I feel you need to put yourself in his shoes, always, everyday. before you make mistakes like this again, always stop and think “how would I feel?” My husband and I have always done this and we have a very healthy relationship. I use it with my friends, with everyone.
  If all his buddies wanted to go to Vegas and party w/strippers, waste money. ect. He stops ..thinks for a second and says “I’ll take a rain check guys” because he; in his mind says” would if Pip’s girlfriends invited her to do this ? How would I feel?” This is just a example. It is called respecting your friend. Another comment I want you to know: I have made myself extremeley clear.with my husband( If my husband had a one night fling,Please “Do Not Tell Me!) : why you ask? why? why ?should he ruin my life of trust. He deserves to feel the guilt !!{{I think you were greety and selfish to tell your partner.}}
  Now don’t get me wrong. A affair, thats different, I want out. Thats lost trust If you want to get anymore advice on my outlook on this feel free to contact me. I also have a behavioral specialist friend who is fantastic. he says “feelings are feelings. they are not right or wrong they are just feelings.” I also have this fantastic way of thinking ; Here is one example; by the way this is a unrealistic way of thinking;o.k. UNREALISTIC! ** EVENTS IN THE PAST ARE THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEMS!AND THEY CONTINUE TO INFLUENCE MY FEELINGS AND BEHAVIORS NOW”
  
  However the realistic way to think is: “The past can’t influence me now. My current beliefs cause my reactions. I may have learned these beleifs in the past but i
  I can choose too change them in the present!”
  Here is another unrealistic belief: “I SHOULD NOT HAVE TOFEEL DISCOMFORT AND PAIN. I CAN’T STAND THEM AND I WILL AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS” But the realway to believe is this: “/why should I in particular not feel discomfortand and pain? I don’t like them, but… I can stand it. Also my life would be very restricted if I always avoided discomfort!
  So……… stop thinking about this “in your mind crinckle it up and throw it into the fire w/the demons. do not discuss it again. It happened. you can not change it. it is over. OH and don’t tell any of these freaks with their sick minds!! we all make mistakes. personally the real mistake was telling your partner. that was very selfish of you. Start today forward with positive thoughts only. If this incident enters your mind, put it back in the fire then.. stop! smile! and put yourself in your favorite place to be possibley a warm sandy beach. or swinging on a hammock.   First of all you need to sit down and write a list of things that you love or make you smile. Keep yourself busy. Their is no such thing as being successful at a certain age. What is success to you? material things or being a good person? Write that down as well. You absolutley have to Love yourself before you can love someone else. No one but you can make you happy. I think ever person has felt this way at one time or another. My friend and I watched “The Secret” and I passed it to another friend who is getting divorced, his wife cheated on him 3 times, he has a broken foot and I know this DVD will help him. It really works just believe in yourself and smile I feel good about you. I just know everything will be fantastic before you know it. Pippi Post a reply
