  2. You will fall for the, “I have a new apartment,” line and move in with him. What makes you think he did not or does have any other air headed woman on the line other then you?
  
  3. You should have been asking yourself these questions from the get go:
  “Why was he married before?”
  “Why a woman that has children?”
  “You are the port in a storm, type of woman that he can rely on to be there for sexual relief when he needs it?”
  
  “What should I do right now? Be there to support him? Or leave him alone to figure it out? I feel almost obligated to do something and to be there if he did this for us like he said he did, but with his waffling it hurts a lot. I’ve asked and one minute he acts like he wants me around and then the next he doesn’t so am not sure he knows either. At one point I told him maybe I should go and he freaked out, said he was sorry for the indecision really wanted us to be together..but then 24 hours later..he was detaching from us again.”
  
  Leave him before he leaves you!
  Support!? Where has he supported you except to use you, like a sailors port whore!
  Best bet would be to leave him a lone and the little boy figure it out on his own!
  Leave him! He is just going to drag you down to his level, then what when he leaves you for some other woman. YOU KNOW THAT IS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN!
  YOU KNOW YOU CAN FIND BETTER THEN HIM. But I am going to tell you, get therapy otherwise you are doomed to repeat it again and again. People are that way.

  I have a confession to make, by nature I am an IT type person. Yes, I needed math, those are the classes I did first to get them behind me. What I found I needed was the following:
  Logic
  Boolean logic (the use of OR, AND, NOT to make decisions)
  Syntax (structure of language, whether it be spoken, written or coding for computers)
  algorithms
  An eye for detail(same as what is needed for accounting)
  As far as entering mathematical formulae or figuring mathematical formula out usually not up to the programmer anyway. They just have to know how to break it down to be computer usable.
  
  I have an Uncle, never spent a day in University, in fact was a high school dropout. He went to the United States Air Force, tested out for Electronics, RADAR to be a matter of fact. Worked 12 years for the Air Force, he decided to take a civil service exam for a government position as a government RADAR tech. He had this plan, if he took it and did not pass the exam he would just simply stay in the Air Force, if he passed and he got the job he would simply roll over to the government position. As it would have it he passed, he was offered and he took the position as RADAR Tech. He ended up going to Germany, fortunately his wife was born in Austria and came here to Oklahoma. It was no problem speaking Austrian she also spoke excellent Austrian. Needless to say after 30 years he retired to a good retirement pay, medical and most of all retired a Lieutenant Colonel, which is one step below a General from the reserves. Unfortunately he did have a high degree of MATH skills because he needed it for the type of work he did. By the way he retired as Europe’s Head man for the US of A governments TOP RADAR TECH.

  occultpizz, remember @home (well maybe not, it was at the beginning of ComCast offering their hi-speed service, they used the @home as their brand. It was actually a separate company, ComCast leased their lines to @home. Of course when @home went belly up, ComCast bought them up)? I had a similar problem. When I connected to the internet, my browser would take forever to load up the page. I called @home support and got no where, tried everything they suggested. I had told @home that my old dial up was faster then the then high speed connection.
  
  I was bee bopping around the Microsoft site when I found out there might be an incompatibility with my motherboard with the netbios drivers and they had a replacement to the problem. So I downloaded it and installed it, restarted my computer and low and behold I got my high speed connection. What surprises me is why these companies don’t have resolution software to track resolutions? But these companies do not track resolutions! I would have thought that anything to quicken support of their clientele.
  
  One of the things that sunny7256 should do even if she has to go to the library is look up the problem on the internet. I know if she had a car and was out in the boonies and all she had was a quadriplegic that used to be a mechanic, she would do the grunt work and get the job done if she want to use the car.

  No objection made, myself I hate misinformation. When it comes to the power/battery pack if it was in the recall, then there still might be a chance to get it replaced. If not, then he should go to “Sony” to find out if they are going to replace it, because the power/battery pack manufactured them.
  
  Consumer law is state by state. Some Southern states cover incidental damage, Michigan does not. Meaning you broke it out side of normal use for which the merchandise was designed, then too bad, they are not covered. I do not know Colorado consumer law I can only speak for the state were I live. It would be nice if there was a blanket consumer law for the United States, but there is not and probably will not be either. We need to keep the lawyers in work.

  If you have an older computer (but not that old) you can buy multi-card readers for about $25.00 to $75.00. The reader plugs into an available USB port. You can order them through on-line computer parts stores.

• Computer problem.
  

  I had a similar problem when I first got high speed cable. What I had to do was download from Microsoft “NDISII” so I could be compatible. I was using an IWill motherboard VD133. Same I have founf sometimmes what works in one computer will not work in another motherboard. Case in point, one modem that worked in a Tyan tsumini 1855 did not work in another IWill VD133 motherboard that I built.

  I have never had any experience with Verizon. But I would hope that the connection between communication card and tower is protected by encryption. This is a question you should have asked Verizon about before you singed on the dotted line with Verizon. One thing it is going to be quicker then dial up, but still slower then Cable or DSL.
