Hey, glad I could give you some ideas. I’ve had my share of pain and plenty of time to try and figure out what helps. Let me know how it goes and if things get any better. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to talk to a doctor, just to rule out anything being wrong.
Okay, wow…You know a lot about this! I’ll definitely try exercising…I like swimming too usually…If it’s a nice day and I won’t freeze! lol. Thank you so much!
Hey, I’m glad you’re feeling a bit better and that your friends have stopped ignoring you. I was going to have to come beat them up for you if they didn’t knock it off :)
For my back, neck, and shoulder pains, I took a lot of hot baths. It kind of melts your muscles a lot. Also, a lot of that pain came because I was constantly stressed out and I kept my muscles pretty tensed up. Make it a point to relax your muscles throughout the day. Make sure your shoulders are down, move your head and neck around, and make sure you are getting some exercise. I love swimming personally. It is a way to get exercise that is very easy on my joints and muscles, and hot tubs rock! Make sure you are getting enough rest too. If you don’t get enough rest, your body kind of freaks out on you and that can cause quite a bit of pain. Anyway, hope some of this can be helpful to you.
Yuck! Being sick is no fun, and back, shoulder and neck pain are definitely not fun either. I use to have really severe back, shoulder and neck pain constantly and I hated it. I am praying that you will find some healing. Well, I hope your friends stop ignoring you. Keep working at joining in, even to the point of being obnoxious…then they’ll be sorry they said you weren’t joining in!
I’m glad to hear that it’s been a great summer for you, it has been for me too. I’ve been taking some classes online and have really enjoyed them and I’ve gotten more involved in my church which I love. I am beginning to volunteer in the nursery and sunday school and will soon begin doing administrative work for the youth group. I am certainly ready for things to cool down a bit…it’s been so hot outside.
Yeah, a cold, and some kind of infection…It sucks because it’s somehow causing me back, neck and shoulder pain (but that could just be my bra, lol)!
My friends are ignoring me a lot and saying it’s because I don’t join in (even though I do)…it’s alright though, I’m suprised, but it’s not getting me down as much as it would have done a while ago.
What have you been doing? It’s a great Summer here, lol. I got back my taste for healthy food!
Well, I’m glad to hear that you’re not bad. Do you have a cold or how are you ill? Why are you’re friends being nasty to you? Anyway, I am glad to get to talk to you again.
lol I’m sorry for your loss. I would be very upset too! I mean it’s one thing if you just throw something in the microwave or something, but you said you cooked it! That takes time and effort! I feel your pain!
lol I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed your post about your dinner disappearing no matter how much of a hard time people gave you about it lol
Poetry is not really about being bad or good at it, it’s just about writing down what you are thinking. If you can do that, then you are good at it :) That’s my opinion anyway.
lol, i love drawing. the police brought me back because i was out walking in the rain and crying (i dont think thats a good enough excuse though). i want to start doing Tai Chi. i dont always draw happy things, but its like an outlet for stress or sadness, or whatever im feeling. its great.
hmm…so it kind of sounds like you might enjoy drawing. I could be wrong on that one though. Why would the police randomly decide to bring you home. That’s weird. I like all sorts of arts and crafts, I like water color, cooking, writing poetry and stories, playing with my dog, and I just started doing Tae Bo and it is pretty cool!
i love music, debating over silly things with my friends, having friends in general is pretty nice. uhm…taking a walk in the rain (until the police randomly decide to bring me home), draw, play guitar, draw, sing, draw, make things out of clay..draw, you?
Wow. That sucks that you had to quit riding because it was too expensive and because your instructor wasn’t any good. I am glad you still go back to see your favorite horse. I hope to someday start riding again. What are some other things you like to do?
i LOVED it, my favourite horse was called Kizzy, i loved her more than id ever loved anything. but it was really expensive, and they kept changing horses and i never got Kizzy anymore. i also couldnt enjoy it because the instructor wasnt any good, and they messed up and lost something of high sentimental value. so i quit, but i still go back to see Kizzy whenever i can
Hehe Yeah, I used to go horse back riding. I know that I loved it a lot. Other then that I know nothing lol I had electric shock and they gave me too much so I lost more memory then I should have and I don’t remember very much about riding horses. Do you ride?
No prob. It can be hard to find the right people to help you out sometimes. I know the people I invited know a lot about health. They (a husband and wife) should be able to help you out.
