  Reframe your thinking from parent to teacher. Your job is to teach your child. Now imagine a teacher in a classroom who only screams at the kids. Imagine being a kid who is being screamed at. How good does that feel? Fill you up with resentment? Probably!
  
  What teachers are successful? Those that are 1) approachable and 2) consistently fair with 3) clear rules
  
  Read “Your Three Year Old” and you’ll see what your child is going through.
  
  Teach - constantly. There’s a reason for everything you do. Find your child’s currency - what really kills your child? Is it separation? Is it restriction? Is it losing something? Then use that currency. “You are not respecting my space. You can either leave, or you can begin treating me respectfully.” (Separation was my son’s currency - threatening him with leaving me made him NUTS).
  
  Build your child up … “You’re amazingly determined to have your way. That will really serve you well when you grow up. But now, I need you to help me…”

  Assuming you’ve already found your reply … your outlook contains the same password as your internet service provider has. When you loose your password you need to contact your internet service provider. Then, once they reset your password, you need to change the password on outlook.
  
  Also, when you switch computers you need to set the email account settings again to point to the correct internet service provider, your correct account name and password.
  
  Your internet service provider should have a web site with specific instructions to help you with this. However, without your password no one can really help you get started. Only your internet service provider can help with this.

  An email is made up of many packets. Each packet contains the IP address of the sending computer, along with user information, how the email was generated, etc., in the packet header. Then a finite amount of space is reserved in the packet for a portion of the message. Indications on this packet reveal the total number of packets for each email message so they can travel like a train across the internet.
  
  Packet sniffers can be put on the internet to reveal the encoding of each packet.
  
  From this encoding, new packets can be created and sent. This is what’s called “hijacking” email. It becomes virtually untraceable.

  No. I don’t use AOL. I use another ISP, downloading email from my mail server to my local machine - then use outlook - send email through my mail server to the recipients.
