  Oily skin & hair… been there done that… and guess what works for me…if you use a shampoo for oily hair & wash each day, condition only the mid & ends not the scalp. hair spray or other styling product(without oil) applied to the hair prevents the hair from absorbing as much of the oil (which is either from your face or your conditioner being left in your scalp and roots). always wash your face 1-2 times a day, and after any sweaty type stuff, always wash your make off as soon as posible, even if you have to reapply it for another situation…(like when you get home from school, but have to go to work)and only use make up for oily skin or a all natural make up like bear essentials. some people (like me) are alergic to benzoil peroxide as in proactive and many other acne producds, but soltic acid is another acne ingreadent that works. look for products that reduce shine or are oil aborbing…the oil is the biggest pore clogging thing that is causing your acne. and alot of people will tell you that greasy foods are the problem…but alot of it is the stuff in your body that makes you crave the greasy foods…water, water, water…there is so much research showing that alot of our alments are from not enough water and weight gain and acne are at the top of the list! water will help cut the cravings and the oils. half a gallon a day of distilled water…(distiller is the one with all the junk taken out!!!!!!!!!) sun exposer but not too much is also great, and salt water is a natural healer…the beach or sea salt mixed with water applied to skin… like at bed time. but if you have ever been to the beach you know salt water can burn your eyes! everyone’s skin is different and the female cycle can triger breakouts…but if you keep track of that enough to know it’s coming you can kick up your normal routine a little to help combat the breakout and head it off at the pass! and just so you know high frutos corn serup is the #1 cause for weight gain…and it causes acne! atifical sweeteners are also toxic to the body & skin…your better off using old fashion sugar (in moderation). i hope this helps…i wish someone had told me all of this when i was in high school…i did years of trial & error. but now i get results because i drink the water (which i never used to like, and i even watch the calendar and kick it up to combat the monthly breakout…if money is not an issue all natural products, seem to work better than the rest…but i can’t always afford them. but some like salt water are cheap. and the 100% clear aloe vera gel is a great moserizer for under power make ups, it can also be used as hair gel…without the dring effects of the alcohol of regular hair gel and you can shave your legs with it and it’s great for sun burn too. fruit of the earth makes a 100% clear one and walmart sells it in the hand lotion issle. it’s 2:30am i’ve got to go.
  
  It is what’s inside that matters most…but when we feel good about our selves we are setting a tone for the people around us to feel good also, (we are contaigiouse) but no matter what…god loves you just the way you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
