I know this sounds difficult. Just try and relax when it comes to food. Food is what you need so that you have energy to think logically about things and to not be so tired. That is the first step.When you have regained your strength bit by bit you will be more able to think straight. Talk to someone you trust about your feeling. Good luck

I think taking a break is a good thing for you to do. I have recently gone through a similar thing myself. It is important that you respect him for what he is and if that is not for you, you have to be honest with yourself and him. It can be hard to forget about the pressures of society but at the end of the day it is your choice who you are with but you have got to be able to stand by that choice. It does not matter what he does or who he is as long as there is respect and love. Everyone has flaws.He sounds like a good guy and there are not that many of them about. Have a good think and good luck.

I think that if it is hurting you as much as it obviously is doing then you need to think of yourself first and consider if you will be happy with him. Itsound as if he only gives you heartache. Do you think you can be happy with him?

Don’t bee afraid to seek help. I have been there myself. It is very hard to see light at the tunnel but as a recovered anorectic I can say that there is a way out. You have got to ask for help tho. From family or friends or a professional. Someone you trust. It is very isolating and too difficult to beat on your own. Life starts when the obsession with your weight ends. Keep your chin up.
