  Don’t worry about these numbers! (Unless they become dangerous to your health!) You’re obviously a very thoughtful young lady (because you’re worried about how your boy feels) and very smart (for knowing it may be a problem and seeking help). I think this advise is really helpful too: “look in the mirror and list all the good things about yourself, write them down and carry it with you, so you can read it whenever you feel down on yourself “
