Everything I have posted as far as poetry is copyrighted and has been since my blog was copyrighted in Sept. of 08. Any new writing has a date and stamp on it to confirm. But I understand your issue here and it’s not about what I’m talking about here, it’s about exercising your right to delete if you wish to close out your acct. and deleting all content associsted with you.

I think by law your written words belong to you unless you sign or agree to disclaim them and it will hold up in court. Bottom line here is that when you sign on and add your posts/commentary you give up the rights to your words unless you go through the legal system. I’ve seen this type of owner/user system before and it is really not user friendly in that context. If anyone has issues with what they post then copyright it beforehand as I do, then you still actually own it and can block cnet from showing it by revocation of shared/owned property.

Must be the tides tugging you toward the same end where I am.. Got the martini shaker out, a couple of tuna steaks on the grill, the hammock hung between two palms, listening to the shhsssss of the waves and thumbing through a CD case to find an appropiate song that will allow me to kick off the sandals strip off the shirt, kick back on the hammock and watch a wonderful almost full moon rise out of the water..
