Sometimes we all feel alone, lonely, depressed, afraid, desperate, ashamed, guilty or any feeling along those lines. It’s not weird or wrong, but moving out of it so you don’t get stuck there is so important. We are magnets to everything we are so if we’re unhappy, we attract unhappy people & unhappy situations. Same goes for being happy, greedy, loving, or any other thoughts & emotions we have over & over & over again.

Here’s 5 quick ways to feeling better:
1.) Breathe! Take a few deep breaths, in through the nose out through the mouth.
2.)Gratitude! Finding anything to be grateful for.
3.) Sunlight or Moonlight & Movement! Take a walk, do a jumping jack, just go outside & get some fresh air. If you can’t, close your eyes, imagine yourself in a beautiful place, maybe on a secluded beach, in a forest, behind a waterfall, on top of a mountain, in the desert, it doesn’t matter where as long as you love it. Imagine breathing the air there & smelling the smells & feeling the sun or looking at the moon. Create your own personal mental sanctuary.
4.) Laugh! Watch a funny movie, be around happy people, go to a library & read a funny book or just smile.
5.) Give! When you’re feeling bad, there’s nothing like doing something nice & unexpected for someone else without expecting anything back.
