  Love is a strange thing, we feel unloved too much when there is no need for that feeling - not everyone knows how to express that they care, that they love. Many of us are too scared to say “I love you” or to show affection..
  
  It’s great that you found someone! Things like love come on your path, I see it as a gift.
  
  Think of all the food your mother made you, it was made with love, so every bite you take you are fed not just food but love. Love (for family, friends or a man/woman) it’s like food, you may not remember every meal you ever had but without it you would be empty; humans should experience love - and what you give is reflected in tiny bits.. the small things you may not always notice.

  Where do I start?!
  
  Each person on my friendslist is there for a reason. Some make me think, others comfort me, the advice they give, the friendship, the thoughts they share - how people open up here and help others even when their own situations are very difficult. I admire the strength so many show. I love how they make me smile & laugh!
  
  I’d like to thank anyone/everyone that has come on my path; their ways may have been different but they have helped me so much.. the reason I won’t name them is because I’m too scared I’ll miss someone, I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.

• Losing Touch…
  

  I used to play a ton of online games, and they just suck you dry - facebook makes me want to scream sometimes; sorry, I just don’t have time for that what in my eyes seems a bit too superficial. Many things online seems so fake, like people think “it doesn’t matter, it’s just a game, I won’t ever meet you, whatever”
  
  Great to hear no more scary dream the past two weeks *smiles* and about Tool; once you’ve listened and understand it it sort of stays with you I think - because everytime it’s not just another lovesong that they compose. Cool to hear about meditating (I freak out when people try to get me to relax lol).

  It has, I’ve finally contacted the local Red Cross to become a volunteer & take some first aid classes.

  I see the issue with the meds, it’s a big victory to be able to say “I’m done with those” and I understand how you feel like it will affect your child (because the breastfeeding) but then again, having stress hormones raging might also rub off on your precious baby.. it’s like a big catch 22, maybe a doctor can give you some advice?
  
  It’s really awesome you do something constructive, and I love cooking for my family (if my mom let’s me, because sometimes I like my food a little spicy or just experiment with it haha) what I always like doing is painting a room, a bucket of paint and before you know it you have a fresh new room *smiles*
  
  Remember you’re not alone, maybe you know Luminosity.ning.com? There’s a bunch of great people on there (most of them from help.com) and it’s not as big - so it might be a nice place to go check out. I have to warn you though; they might be the nicest people you’ll ever meet *smiles*

  Maybe try what I’ve been doing, live in the moment/live for today. I just try to do the best I can and some days things work out better.. Sorry to hear about the post-partum, I’ve heard about it, and yeah, well, that must be really rough.
