  This worked with my nephew, put the fun in FUNction. Throw some cheerios in and have him “aim” for them. Make sure you have a stool for him to stand on so he can see and not miss. By having him stand instead of sit you get around the fear of the potty. As well don’t flush until he has left the room, it might scare him, which is why he wont sit on the toilet.
  
  Another idea, put a big handmade calendar in the bathroom. Calculate how many times you changed his diaper and make that amount of boxes per day. ive him a star sticker in each box that he completes using the bathroom and put a sad face in each box that he has an accident. COme up with a number that is reasonable at the end of the week (this is his goal usually 85% of the number of boxes in teh 1st week, and a higher % in the 3 weeks following) and at the end of the week he gets a treat. It might be a toy or an outing. Try not to connect it to food.
