  LOL! My parents are chinese too! First thing they said when I reached my teens was: You’re not dating anyone until you’re at least 25. 25!! I never listened :P
  
  But I do agree, it takes your focus off a lot of things. Relationships take a lot of energy, time, and effort, as well as love. If you have to juggle school, work, family, and friends as well, it can get very tiring, and you’ll find yourself arguing a lot with your partner.
  
  Relationships aren’t bad for teens, just that you’ll have to set your priorities right. Especially as its not likely you’ll end up marrying who you dated before you turn 20, but a career will have to last you a lifetime.

  Away at school, you mean like a dorm?
  
  Another way, you can get to know her friends a bit more, and once you do, pick a nice girlfriend of theirs, confess you need her address, and see if she gives it to you. Of course for this you gotta be a trusted member of the group :P
