It would be a lot harder if he was my only dog, but I have two other ones, and one of them is really being a great dog, being all snuggly and cuddly–which is very untypical of him. And of course, here and my other friends.

I don’t know. Decent I guess. I just had to put down my dog/best friend and I’m struggling with it today.

. . .Well, I DO believe in the Rapture, but I do not necessarily believe that it would occur before the Great Tribulation.
I do not think that God would pour out wrath
upon those He claims as His own, so, should
the Rapture take place, I would anticipate it 2/3 of the way into the Tribulation.
Of course this is only a rough guess and not an attempt to precise the second return of Christ.

Well, for the Valley, it probably only snowed a lot ONCE. On a Saturday. Who wants snow on a Saturday? Haha. Infact, my school district had no days off, OR delays this year.

As a Christian, I do not expect to be a believer in Christ and NOT expect confrontation, opposition and persecution.
Practically every disciple of Jesus was persecuted and killed for their faith. To me, it seems no different when I read the Book of Revelation. Believers are persecuted and killed for their faith and testimony of Jesus, and also killed for resisting the Mark of the Beast.
How is it, this should be, if we are Raptured out before it even happens???
The drawback to preaching a pretribulation Rapture is this. People will see the wolf comming down the road. People will look to heaven expecting to be Raptured. The wolf will knock at their door and then they will deny their faith completely and blame the preacher for his lies and then hate God.
The only assurance, concerning the Rapture is this: We are Raptured only before the Great Wrath of God is delivered - The final third of the Tribulation.

The denomination to which I commonly am very familiar with are both Baptist and
Penticostal denomination.
Most of this as the result of the faiths
of my mother and father.
But, as I grew closer to the Lord, I began to gravitate, and rely more on the Bible.

I consider myself both fortunate and blessed to have been brought up with faiths that have a Biblical standard.

Drawbacks to the faith(s).
Baptist - I really appreciate the Baptist faith. But, as I read the Book of Revelation, I do not get the impression that we (as Christians) will be Raptured before the “Tribulation.” As I read the Book of Revelation, I have come to this impression with regard to the Tribulation. . .
The word “Tribulation,” is nearly a compound word. It means “Trouble.” But the prefix “Tri,” indicates the number three. Thus, Tribulation means threefold trouble. When I read further, I came to understand that this trouble comes from three distinct avenues.
The trouble that comes from man.
The trouble that comes from Satan.
The trouble that comes from God.

Lmao, So many people must’ve been like wtf? Gosh, I think everyone on this website thinks I’m a man… The thing is change my avatar so often (guy to girl, and other things). I am in the final year of an Arts degree. I’m majoring in Literature and have a double minor of History and Theology. Hoping to do some sort of postgraduate research with them, but I’m not entirely sure yet. They’re great units and I really enjoy them, even though it seems that each week there’s an essay I need to be working on or a new book to read =P

It definitely is good to be busy. I much prefer to have something to do than to be bored =) Luckily though, I’ve never seemed to get too bored or idle.

Could you tell me a little about yourself? Where are you at in life? =)

wow. can you believe that it’s been so warm this winter my apartment complex had to turn the A/C on a few times? snow is a thing i might see once a year. ;)

Me neither. I used to be on here quite regularly, but life’s gotten incredibly busy for me in the last few months.
Plus I started my third year of university today, so I anticipate there will be even less free time for me. Which is good, as I like to be busy =)
