  Dreamer, you are more then welcome! I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear all is well. It’s so rare when you get to hear a happy ending to a story on this site. (at least from what I’ve seen) I believe the people you should thank the most is yourself and your mother of course. =]

  that is very bad and normally you will only gain weight by doing this. do not skip meals! and a 200 cal diet is way, way to low, most defiantly if you exercise. godfather is very right, loose two pounds a day can end very badly.

  500?!?! wow, that seems way too low to me. if any one person is trying to maintain the weight they would use a 2000 cal diet and be fine. to lose weight fast 1000 is fine. she says she exercises so to keep energy she may need more then 500.

  First I dont think you need to loose any weight, from the picture you look healthy. How ever if you do want to loose some pounds I think the best way to do it is; 1- Dont eat until you are full, just eat until you are not hungry any more. 2- dont eat after 7:30. 3-cut back of the sweets and pop(if you drink or eat any of that) and last, do some activity that gets your heart beating faster and some sweat. you dont really have to drink lots and lots of water, just one or two bottles is fine. and the trash bag thing seems silly to me.
